Front Of House Team Member

We''re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team.

As the face of Infinity Fitness, you''ll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, supporting our members, assisting with memberships, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage reception duties, enquiries and membership administration.
• Prepare and serve drinks within the Infinity Fitness Lounge.
• Promote memberships, classes and additional gym services.
• Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming reception and caf- environment.

What We''re Looking For

• A positive, friendly and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is desirable; barista experience is a bonus but not essential.
