Front of House Reception OfficerPay: £13.36 per hour (PAYE)Job Type: Temporary (approx. 4 months - July to October, may vary)Location: SL6 1RF (Fully onsite)OverviewProvide a professional and welcoming front of house service, acting as the first point of contact while supporting bookings, access control, and day-to-day facilities operations.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesWelcome visitors and signpost enquiriesManage reception area, ensuring a secure and professional environmentCoordinate meeting room and desk bookingsIssue visitor badges and support ID pass processesMaintain visitor logs and handle access queriesOrder supplies and manage deliveriesMonitor shared inbox/calendar and communicate with Facilities teamSupport events, meetings, and ceremoniesProvide general admin and reception cover as neededRequired Skills and ExperiencePrevious front-of-house or customer-facing experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCalm and professional under pressureOrganised with the ability to multitaskIT competent (Outlook, Teams, booking systems)Able to work independently and as part of a teamDesirableBusiness Admin / Customer Service qualificationExperience with booking systems or stock orderingEvents or civic support experienceAdditional InformationReports to: Compliance and Contracts ManagerDBS: Basic check requiredFlexibility to cover reception rota and absences requiredTo apply for the Front of House Reception Officer position, please submit your CV detailing your relevant ..... full job details .....
