Front of House Reception

Front of House / Exam Steward (Part-Time, 3 Days per Week)

-12.71 per hour (weekly pay)
3 days per week, including Saturdays

We are looking for a professional and welcoming Front of House / Exam Steward to join our team on a part-time temporary basis. You''ll be the first point of contact for exam candidates, ensuring they have a smooth and professional experience on their exam day.

What you''ll be doing:

• Greeting candidates warmly and professionally on arrival
• Checking ID and signing candidates into the building
• Carrying out security checks and ensuring personal belongings are stored securely in lockers
• Escorting candidates to the Registration Room and then to the Exam Room
• Assisting candidates post-exam by retrieving belongings and guiding them through the results process
• Directing/escorting candidates out of the Centre
