Front of House / Patient Coordinator in Aesthetic Clinic

We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Front of House / Patient Coordinator to join a prestigious, doctor-led aesthetic and dermatology clinic based in Harley Street. Salary £16 per hour (£33k annually), raising aftert the probationary period. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, warm and highly organised individual who is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience and enjoys working in a premium clinical environment. Previous experience working within an aesthetic clinic is essential for this role. About the Clinic The clinic is led by two doctors specialising in Dermatology and Aesthetics, supported by a small and friendly team consisting of a Receptionist / Office Manager and a Nurse. The clinic is busy and patient-focused, with each doctor seeing approximately 20 patients per day. The successful candidate will therefore need to be highly organised, confident managing busy diaries and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a calm, warm and professional approach with every patient. The Role As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in creating a warm, professional and discreet experience from the moment a patient contacts the clinic. You will work closely with both doctors and the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the clinic and provide outstanding support throughout the patient journey.
