Front of House - minimum 5 month contract

We''re working with an exciting and innovative client who is looking for a professional Front of House / Team Assistant to join their team on a 6-month contract. This is a brilliant opportunity to work in one of the most impressive office spaces in Leeds City Centre, with excellent benefits and a dynamic work environment.
You''ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients-offering a warm, professional welcome-while also supporting internal teams with diary management, travel coordination, and general administrative duties. You''ll work closely with the PA and senior stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional Front of House service: welcoming guests, managing meeting rooms, and handling incoming calls
- Stocking fridges and providing refreshments for meetings and visitors
- Accepting and managing deliveries, parcels, and post
- Showing guests and clients to meeting rooms and relevant departments
- Diary management for senior team members
- Coordinating national and international travel arrangements
- Document production and typing
- Acting as a professional gatekeeper for the team
- Assisting with office events and visitor logistics
- Supporting wider administration tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Available to start IMMEDIATELY
- Previous Front of House and administrative experience in a professional environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident, polished, and professional presentation
- Fully office-based in Leeds City Centre
