If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy leading from the front, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Day-to-day of the role:Lead and motivate front-of-house teams ranging from 2 to 20 members during various events including weddings, conferences, proms, funerals, private functions, and tribute nights.Ensure the delivery of consistently high standards of customer service across all areas of the business.Support staff recruitment, training, and development to enhance team performance and service quality.Collaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure successful event execution.Manage operational, customer-facing, and administrative responsibilities to maintain smooth venue operations.Undertake keyholder responsibilities including opening and closing the venue, as well as cashing-up procedures.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.Assist with event planning and operational organisation to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.Remain composed and efficient during busy service periods, providing leadership and support wherever needed.Required Skills and ..... full job details .....
