We are delighted to be partnering with a growing and dynamic hospitality group to recruit a confident and people-focused Front of House manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in shaping the guest experience within a busy, customer-driven hotel environment.
As the face of the hotel, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere while leading and developing a diverse front-of-house team. The Role
As the Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of Reception, ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional, and memorable welcome. You will lead from the frontandmdash;setting the tone for exceptional service, driving team performance, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding guest service and creating exceptional first impressions
- Leading, recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing reception team
- Managing rotas to ensure optimal staffing levels in line with business needs and budgets
- Promoting hotel facilities and driving revenue through effective upselling
- Providing guests with local knowledge and tailored recommendations
- Maintaining a positive, energetic, and guest-focused environment at all times
About You
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable hospitality professional with a proven background in hotel reception management.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hotel reception
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to bring together and inspire diverse teams
- A calm, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- High levels of organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail
