Monitor reservations and seating plans.. Manage waitlists, table turnover, and walk-ins efficiently.. Ensure cleanliness and readiness of dining areas and restrooms.. . 4. Sales and Service Efficiency. Encourage upselling and ensure consistent service quality.. Monitor tips, check accuracy of orders, and maintain POS systems.. Handle cash-outs and end-of-day reconciliations (if applicable).. . 5. Health, Safety and Compliance. Enforce health and safety regulations (e.g., food hygiene, fire safety).. Conduct regular checks and address hazards or non-compliance.. Ensure accessibility and adherence to guest safety protocols.. . 6. Collaboration with Back of House.
