Front Of House

We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly personable Front of House / Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of a-private-aesthetic clinic. This role is essential in creating a luxury, comfortable experience for clients from the moment they enquire through to post-treatment care.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage enquiries, support clinic operations, and confidently promote treatment plans and retail products. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and excited about their aesthetic journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all clients.
• Manage client check-ins and support smooth appointment flow.
• Deliver exceptional customer care and ensure every client receives a personalised experience.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Provide information about treatments, pricing, and availability.
• Support the booking process and encourage consultations and follow-up appointments.
• Confidently introduce and promote treatment plans following consultations.
• Promote and recommend suitable retail skincare products to complement treatments.
• Maintain attractive retail displays and ensure stock is organised.
• Support day-to-day content creation for social media including stories, behind-the-scenes content, and client journeys.
• Assist with general clinic administration and organisation.
• Support with marketing initiatives and client engagement where required.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (clinic, spa, aesthetics, beauty, or hospitality preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in sales, upselling, and promoting products or services.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using social media and creating basic content.
• A warm, friendly, and professional approach to client care.

Desirable

• Experience working in an aesthetic, beauty, or wellness environment.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments or skincare.
• Experience with clinic booking systems or CRM platforms.
