Leadership and Coaching

Deliver daily briefings and provide real time, on shift coaching to build skills and confidence within the Front of House teamKeep energy levels high during peak times and use quieter shifts for focused 1-to-1 coaching and developmentPerformance Management

Update weekly team boards with performance metrics and set or adjust individual waiter targets based on dataIdentify and act on opportunities to drive sales and service resultsSupport with performance management and train fellow Front of House CaptainsPlanning and Organisation

Assist with the weekly rota planningCheck the weekly cleaning records and escalate any issuesGuest Experience

Role model excellent service on every shiftShow best practice in upselling, menu knowledge, and speed of serviceSupport the team in handling guest complaints or queries with confidence and professionalismTeam Engagement
