Role: Front of House Assistant Location: Angus, ArbroathType: Ongoing Pay: 12.21 per hourHours: 5 over 7 days, shift work 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am PRS are recruiting for an experienced Front of House Assistant based in Angus, Arbroath The Company:- Our client is a leading Facility Management and property maintenance company delivering integrated Building and Facilities Management Services, to a number of prestigious clients across the UK. The Person req:-Taking orders, serving food and beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation and combinations in line with brand standards and answer questions about the products. Bar duties, preparing and serving drinks to customers, stock rotation, possible stock checks when required. Production and delivery of Tea/Coffee and food services. Booking Accommodation within the mess and taking payment for accommodation together wth production of bills. Take payment for food services and keep financial records as required. Cash handling, cashing up of till required. Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise. Clean back of house areas, crockery and cutlery using equipment when required. Clean and tidy counter, preparation and cleaning of public areas.
