The Talent Division are delighted to be partnering with a growing and well-established business in Chesterfield to recruit a Front of House & Sales Executive.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused, commercially minded individual who enjoys variety in their role. Acting as first point of contact at the business, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting sales activity and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships and has a genuine interest in the caravan and leisure industry.

The Opportunity

As Front of House & Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, visitors and suppliers, creating a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they engage with the business.

You'll combine excellent customer service skills with strong organisational ability, supporting sales administration, coordinating operational activities and helping to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression at all times.
• Managing inbound telephone calls, emails and customer enquiries.
• Supporting the sales process through administration, quotations and customer follow-up.
• Assisting customers with product and service enquiries.
• Promoting the company's products and services to maximise sales opportunities.
• Managing stock levels and inventory requirements.
• Coordinating purchasing activities and supplier relationships.
• Supporting logistics and delivery processes to ensure customers receive an outstanding service.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring operational processes run smoothly.
• Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales support or front-of-house role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Knowledge of caravans, motorhomes, parts or the leisure industry would be highly advantageous.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
