Front of House and Membership Associate

Location: North London (Office-based, 5 days per week)Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to FridayTemporary to permanent role with an immediate start About the RoleWe are seeking a professional, organised and customer-focused Front of House and Facilities Associate to join a dynamic and innovative organisation based in London.As the first point of contact for visitors, staff and members, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional workplace experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and facilities function.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and sign in visitors, ensuring a professional front-of-house experience.Manage meeting room bookings, visitor access and office communications.Maintain high standards across reception, meeting rooms and communal spaces.Coordinate facilities helpdesk requests and monitor progress.Support contractor visits and maintenance activities.Manage deliveries and provide workplace support to office members and visitors.Produce reports and maintain accurate records across facilities and workplace systems.Assist with health and safety checks and workplace compliance activities. About YouEssentialPrevious experience in Front of House, Facilities, Office Coordination or Workplace Operations.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and SharePoint.Experience using ticketing, helpdesk or ..... full job details .....
