Front End Web Developer

Robert Half Technology are assisting a market leading organisation to recruit a Front End Web Developer on a contract basis. Role The Front End Web Developer will develop and maintain high-quality, responsive user interfaces using React, modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Build scalable, component-based front-end architectures for single-page applications. Translate UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Integrate and manage content-driven experiences using Payload CMS. Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences. Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces across devices. Optimise application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end issues efficiently. Follow best practices in front-end development, including code quality, testing, and performance optimisation. Stay up to date with modern front-end technologies, tools, and CMS-driven architectures.Profile The Front End Web Developer will have strong experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Proven experience building and maintaining single-page applications. Hands-on experience with Payload CMS, including content modelling and API integration. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and component-based architecture. Ability to translate design concepts into production-ready front-end code.
