Front End UI Developer (SC or DV Clearance req''d)

Our client, a leading organisation in the defence and security sector, is currently seeking a Front End UI Developer with SC or DV clearance for a contract position based in Romsey, Gloucester, or Woking. This role requires a minimum of one day per week at a Roke office and one day per week client-side working, with occasional travel required to the customer site.Key Responsibilities:Designing and developing modern, responsive front end interfaces using React and TypeScriptBuilding real-time, data-driven features using technologies such as WebSockets or SignalRCollaborating with full stack engineers, architects, and end users to shape requirements and deliver top-notch digital experiencesContributing to the design and evolution of front end architecture, ensuring scalability, usability, and maintainabilityIntegrating UI components with APIs, data stores, and existing backend servicesWriting clean, secure, well-tested code following modern engineering practicesParticipating in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and refinement sessionsCollaborating with user researchers to understand user needs and translate them into elegant technical solutionsSupporting containerised and orchestrated environments as part of the wider platform ecosystemDocumenting work effectively using appropriate standards, tools, and prototyping methodsJob Requirements:A passion for creating clean, usable, and engaging interfacesConfidence collaborating across teams and engaging ..... full job details .....
