Job Title: Front-End Sales Representative (Asset Finance & Leasing)

Location: Brentford, 4 days in office, Fridays from home

Position Type: Full-time, permanent

Salary: 50k + yearly bonus

Job Summary

Our client is a growing soft asset leasing provider seeking a commercial, results-driven Front-End Sales Representative. In this role, you will act as the primary face of our business, originating new leasing agreements and driving revenue growth. You will successfully bridge the gap between financial intermediaries and end-user business clients, ensuring a smooth financing journey from initial inquiry to deal payout.

Key Responsibilities

• Intermediary Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, productive relationships with independent asset finance brokers.
• Direct Customer Sales: Liaise directly with corporate end-customers to understand their equipment funding needs and present competitive leasing proposals.
• Pipeline Management: Identify new business opportunities, structure leasing deals, and manage proposals through the internal credit approval process.
• Commercial Guidance: Educate clients and brokers on our leasing structures, residual values, and end-of-term options.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with internal credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure fast, efficient deal turnarounds.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Leasing Industry Expertise: Solid, proven understanding of the leasing and asset finance industry, including operational mechanics, funding structures, and regulatory standards.
• Business Acumen: Strong knowledge of broader business dynamics, allowing you to read corporate situations and confidently discuss financial solutions with SME owners and corporate directors.
• Relationship Building: Exceptional front-end communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building trust with both brokers and end-users.
• Deal Structuring: Ability to quickly assess a customer''s asset requirements and match them with viable, profitable financing options.
