Front Door (Intake) - Social Worker Pay rate in line with the All Wales Pledge - £38.15 Umbrella Vale of Glamorgan Council We are looking for a qualified social worker with at least two years'' experience within a statutory front door setting. The role will include supporting two practitioner managers who are responsible for the screening and decision making of referrals. The role will include: • Undertaking complex enquiries, • Supporting and guiding social care officers with enquiries, • Attendance at multi agency meetings such as MARAC and MARAC dailies. • Supporting with the development of a consultation line / consultations with professions to offer advice and guidance around referrals and processes.
