Reporting into the Store Manager, you''ll be the operational driving force behind two core zones: Produce (Fruit and Veg) and Fresh Chilled.  What you''ll be doing day-to-day:  Leading with Passion: Inspiring, coaching, and developing a team of team leaders and fresh department colleagues. Driving Fresh Excellence: Maximising sales through striking visual merchandising, seasonal trade planning, and peak stock availability. Managing the Numbers: Taking full ownership of fresh sales targets, tight food waste management, shrinkage, and labour budgets. Keeping it Safe: Upholding highest-degree food safety, temperature control, legal compliance, and trading standards.
