The Company: ER Recruitment are excited to be working with our client, an established and busy fresh food operation in North East Leicestershire, looking for an experienced Fresh Food Counter Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of the business. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the operation, leading a team, maintaining standards and ensuring customers receive an excellent experience. Role and Responsibilities of the Fresh Food Counter Supervisor: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the fresh food counter, ensuring high standards of service, presentation and efficiency Be visible and hands-on on the shop floor, leading by example and providing clear direction to the team Manage staff rotas, working hours, attendance and performance, ensuring the team is appropriately resourced Take responsibility for food safety, health and safety and environmental health requirements, ensuring procedures and records are maintained Manage stock ordering, rotation, availability and waste, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and commercial ..... full job details .....
