French Teacher

Are you an enthusiastic and fluent MFL French Teacher with a talent for making language learning vibrant and accessible for students within an independent setting? We are partnering with a highly regarded Independent school in Islington that is looking for a fantastic temporary, part-time French Teacher to join their Modern Foreign Languages department, starting ASAP. This is a wonderful opportunity to inspire a love for French language and culture in students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with exciting potential for Key Stage 5.

What you'll be doing:

• You'll be crafting and delivering engaging French lessons that develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• It's about immersing students in French culture, using a variety of interactive techniques, and building their confidence in communication.
• You'll foster a supportive and communicative classroom environment where students feel encouraged to take linguistic risks.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in French.
• Experience teaching engaging and effective French lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4 is highly desirable.
• Fluency in French and a deep understanding of French culture.
• Excellent communication skills, strong classroom management, and a genuine passion for language education.
