Dedicated Modern Foreign Languages Teacher (French) Wanted in Hounslow! Diverse Secondary School

Location: Hounslow Role: Modern Foreign Languages Teacher (French) (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive French lessons across Key Stages 3-4, and potentially A-Level.
• Inspire students to develop strong French language skills and an appreciation for Francophone cultures.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the French curriculum within a diverse context.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in French.
• Potentially contribute to extracurricular language clubs or cultural exchange programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in French.
• Degree in French or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching French at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
• Native or near-native fluency in French and a strong knowledge of Francophone cultures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students in French.
• A commitment to fostering a love of language learning and intercultural understanding.
