Hybrid - Canary Wharf, London (full training in office)

TeamJobs are delighted to be working with a global travel brand who are looking to expand their dynamic sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fluent French and English speaker with a passion for sales and customer experience to join a high-performing, supportive environment where your results are truly rewarded.

This is a sales-driven role where you''ll be converting inbound enquiries into bookings, understanding customer needs, and confidently recommending tailored holiday packages. You''ll also maximise revenue through upselling and cross-selling, while delivering a seamless and enjoyable customer journey from enquiry through to booking.



What you''ll be doing:

  • Converting inbound calls and enquiries into holiday bookings
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored travel options
  • Maximising revenue through upselling additional services and extended stays
  • Managing booking amendments, cancellations and confirmations
  • Following up on leads and supporting outbound activity during peak periods
  • Supporting customers via live chat and online enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and system updates


What we''re looking for:

  • Fluent in French and English (essential)
  • Proven experience in a sales or target-driven environment
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Commercially minded with a natural ability to close sales
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team
  • Organised with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Experience within travel, hospitality or call centre environments is highly desirable

Working hours:

40 hours per week on a rota basis:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am - 7pm
