This is a fantastic opportunity for a fluent French and English speaker with a passion for sales and customer experience to join a high-performing, supportive environment where your results are truly rewarded.
This is a sales-driven role where you''ll be converting inbound enquiries into bookings, understanding customer needs, and confidently recommending tailored holiday packages. You''ll also maximise revenue through upselling and cross-selling, while delivering a seamless and enjoyable customer journey from enquiry through to booking.
What you''ll be doing:
- Converting inbound calls and enquiries into holiday bookings
- Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored travel options
- Maximising revenue through upselling additional services and extended stays
- Managing booking amendments, cancellations and confirmations
- Following up on leads and supporting outbound activity during peak periods
- Supporting customers via live chat and online enquiries
- Maintaining accurate customer records and system updates
What we''re looking for:
- Fluent in French and English (essential)
- Proven experience in a sales or target-driven environment
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a natural ability to close sales
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team
- Organised with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Experience within travel, hospitality or call centre environments is highly desirable

Working hours:
40 hours per week on a rota basis:
- Monday to Friday: 8am - 7pm
- Saturday: 8am - 6pm
