The role: - Monitor safety and operational systems to ensure the effective delivery of services - Respond to alarms, incidents and operational issues in line with established procedures. - Coordinate and support emergency, maintenance and operational responses when required - Communicate clearly and promptly with internal teams and external stakeholders - Monitor operational performance and identify the causes of disruptions or service issues - Escalate incidents, risks and concerns to the appropriate teams or managers - Maintain accurate records of incidents, operational events and communications - Provide timely updates and information to support effective decision-making and service continuity - Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, safety standards and compliance requirements. - Support the wider operations team in maintaining a safe, ..... full job details .....
