This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys working towards targets, delivering excellent service, and maximising sales opportunities.You will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries, converting calls and online enquiries into bookings, identifying customer needs, and upselling additional products and services. You will also support booking amendments, cancellations, live chat enquiries, and occasional outbound activity.Key responsibilities:Convert inbound enquiries into sales and achieve individual targetsBuild rapport with customers and provide a high-quality experienceUpsell and cross-sell relevant products and servicesHandle customer queries, bookings, and amendments accuratelyMaintain records and follow company processesWhat we are looking for:Fluent French and English language skills (essential)Previous sales or customer service experience within a target-driven environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to close salesA proactive, resilient, and customer-focused approachExperience in travel, hospitality, or contact ..... full job details .....
