With franchisees operating in countries including France, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands and more, we re excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our international Customer Service team as a French Speaking Customer Service and Recruitment Coordinator, where you will use your exceptional people skills to help us achieve our 5-year growth plans for France. In this dynamic role, you will use your fluent French language skills not only to support French franchisees, customers, and consumers in France, but also to be the first point of contact for prospective new French franchisees, completing the screening phase of the French franchisee recruitment process, reviewing CVs and completing exploratory first calls. Our French Speaking Customer Service and recruitment coordinator you will: Use your exceptional fluent French language skills to create an impeccable end to end customer experience Be our franchisee, customer and consumer first point of contact, answering technical product questions, handling order and export paperwork, and expertly resolving complaints Screen CVs and call prospective French franchisees, to explain our franchising business model and discuss their interest in the opportunity before referring them on to our franchise recruitment team Business wide, support Autosmart colleagues and team members with French ..... full job details .....
