Job Title: French Speaking Customer Service Advisor Location: Lichfield (Hybrid) Salary: £29,000 Contract: Permanent French Speaking Customer Service Advisor An established and growing organisation is seeking a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, building strong relationships and working in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers and partners, providing high-quality support while working closely with internal teams to ensure queries, orders and requests are handled efficiently. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate information and timely delivery Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in line with agreed service levels Maintain accurate records and track cases using internal systems Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational or delivery issues Maintain regular communication with customers and gather feedback where appropriate Support the onboarding of new customers and assist with account set-up processes Assist with special order requests and general administrative tasks Provide occasional support during busy periods, meetings or ..... full job details .....
