French Customer Service AdvisorLong EatonTemporary Maternity Cover£17.63 per hourWe are recruiting for an experienced French Customer Service Advisor, based in Long Eaton on a full-time contract basis. You will be required to be fluent in French and have experience in delivering excellent customer service whilst retaining and expanding the client s overseas customer and consumer base.French Customer Service Advisor duties-: Assisting in the set-up and implementation of overseas logistical operationsDealing with both British and French customers and consumersCost effective planning and organisation of deliveries whilst working within the necessary constraints of dates, routes, vehicle sizes and product quantitiesUndertaking all procedures from order inputting, allocation, selection and load completion to crediting and any associated paperwork to ensure customers receive the correct productContributing to the control of stock and dealing with all products related issuesEnsuring all credit notes are issued in the event of wrong/failed delivery and updating the internal system accuratelyEnsuring that all documentation complies with company directives and legislative requirementsPromoting a professional image, whilst dealing appropriately with both internal and external customersProviding clerical and administrative support to the full logistics processYou will receive full product training to ensure you can provide excellent advice and guidance on the complete product range The ..... full job details .....
