Our client is a leading independent Trailer Freight Forwarder now looking for a European Route Freight Manager to join their growing team in Manchester to oversee and develop the Iberian Road freight routeKey responsibilities include quoting, filling and planning trailers, while working closely with overseas agents in Spain and Portugal.We are looking for candidates with:A commercially driven mindsetA minimum of 5 years'' relevant experience in road freight forwarding movements Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA proactive approach to problem solvingThe role offers:Basic salary of 35,000- 40,000Bonus schemePrivate healthcare schemePension schemeSalary sacrifice car scheme24 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays(additional 2 days after 5 years'' service and a further 2 days after 10 years, capped at 28 days)37.5 hours per ..... full job details .....
