Due to expansion, they currently seek an experienced Freight Planner to work from their Bedford offices.Freight Planner package and hours: A good starting salary of £28-£29,000Fantastic benefits package and career pathExcellent working environment from their purpose built site in BedfordMonday to Friday 8-430 (some flex given) The role: Execute orders by all modes of transport (Air, Sea and Road) ensuring orders are processed in a timely and cost effective manner largely focusing on Australia, New Zealand and JapanConduct themselves in a professional and collaborative manner promoting good working practices and leading by exampleBuild excellent working relationships with clients and transport partnersSupport all departments when required to resolve queries, provide informed feedback, participate in calls / meetings, cover teammates absence, source rates etcWork collaboratively with all entities across our UK and EU locationsEnsure all activity within order processing, job authorisation, document upload, use of pre-entered client and carrier tariffs, rate shopping etc, is processed correctly with consistently high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.Work independently and as part of a team to build a positive working atmosphere and to achieve successful resultsParticipate in and ..... full job details .....
