The Role As a Freight Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and managing the day-to-day activities of the Freight Forwarding Department. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure shipments are handled efficiently from booking through to delivery. This position is ideal for an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities Accept and process freight bookings, ensuring all shipment details are accurate and up to date. Monitor shipments throughout the transport process, making adjustments and resolving issues as required. Coordinate global freight forwarding operations, including container transport via Belfast Port and occasional Dublin Port activity.
