We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Specialist to join our dynamic and growing logistics team. You will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end movement of cargo, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant freight solutions for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full freight life cycle, from quotation and booking through to documentation, tracking, and delivery (focused on either Air or Ocean).
• Negotiate rates and build strong relationships with carriers, shipping lines, and agents.
• Ensure all necessary customs, regulatory, and shipping documentation is accurately completed.
• Proactively communicate shipment status and resolve any operational issues with speed and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the key point of contact for client freight inquiries.

What You Bring (Essential Requirements)

• Proven experience as a Freight Forwarder is essential.
• Specific expertise in either Air Freight operations OR Ocean Freight operations.
• Strong understanding of industry documentation, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• A dedicated, organised, and client-focused approach to your work.
