Freight Forwarding Coordinator - The Details 

• Salary £32,000
• Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
• 5 days p/w in the office

Freight Forwarding Coordinator - Requirements

• Experience in Import freight and Ocean Export freight 
• Knowledge in the use of HMRC CDS clearances would be preferable
• Experience of using FF systems e.g. Cargoes, Actifreight, MCP, CNS etc
• Ability to interact with customers and resolve issues 
• Working under pressure 

Freight Forwarding Coordinator - Responsibilities

• Completing full customs entries
• Experience of dealing with suppliers inc. Hauliers and Shipping Lines
• Arranging movements via Shipping lines/Agents/Hauliers
• Quoting new & existing customers
• Account management of various specific customers
• Invoicing customers for services and passing invoices from suppliers for services provided
• Overseeing the process from start to finish
