Freight Forwarding Coordinator (Senior)

We are seeking a Freight Forwarding Coordinator who has strong working knowledge of customs clearance paperwork and is used to dealing with customers and suppliers. Your day to day duties includeOrganising the movement of freight across Europe and the UK.Communicating accurately in written and verbal form complex instructions to both Customers and Suppliers.Negotiating with both Customers and Suppliers to achieve most cost-effective solution.Providing the highest standards of Customer service.Processing Customer orders through the company''s own "in-house" operating system with an emphasis on attention to detail.Compiling customs documentation to facilitate shipment of our client''s freight into and from Europe.Building very strong relationships with our clients, principally through verbal engagement.Communicating with colleagues in different departments to ensure internal procedures are followed correctly.Sounds like you then apply now.Salary 40000pa.
