Freight Forwarding Commercial Co-ordinator

Freight Forwarding Commercial Co-ordinator / Internal Sales Team coordinator required for a Bradford-based freight forwarder. This role is within the Internal Sales Team, You will be expected to be proactive in the role and maintain and develop business relationships. This role will provide accurate, competitive pricing to customers and the external sales team. Commercial coordinator, parking on site. 


The role
As a freight forwarding commercial coordinator, you will be Dealing with customers’ queries/enquiries via telephone/email. Calculate and advise rates to customers & the external sales team. You will also provide customers with quotes as requested/required and deal with Invoice and price disputes. This role will provide accurate, competitive pricing to customers and the external sales team.


Experience
We are looking for a freight forwarding commercial coordinator with a good knowledge of freight forwarding pricing and how to quote, using the rate cards. Experience of working in import/export freight forwarding would be an advantage
