This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused individual with experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transport administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, coordinating shipments, managing customer enquiries, and ensuring the smooth movement of goods across international supply chains. Key Responsibilities Shipment Coordination  Assist with the planning, scheduling, and coordination of import and export shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. Monitor shipment progress and proactively manage delivery schedules to meet customer expectations. Liaise with carriers, suppliers, agents, and customers to confirm transport arrangements and resolve any operational issues.
