The company is based in the Windsor area. Job Description:- Working with time sensitive shipments, so the role is working in a fast-moving Freight department. The role is dealing with shipments from start to finish (no customs entries) including; bookings and negotiating rates with airlines / GSA''s. The successful people must be strong communicators, delivering exceptional customer services at all times. Daily Duties:- Preparing all documentation including; MAWB''s and HAWB''s, invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin and Carnets. Liaising with Customs Brokers when required. Full compliance with HMRC customs regulations, CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) air security requirements, and BIFA Standard Trading Conditions. Dangerous Goods experience is desirable (or willingness to undertake training).
