Freight Forwarder Felixstowe Salary £27-35K Free parking Pension We re looking for an experienced Customs and Freight Forwarding Coordinator to join a busy and growing international Freight Forwarding company This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on customs experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment, managing shipments and working with customers, hauliers, shipping lines and overseas agents. What You''ll Be Doing Managing customs clearance for European and Rest of World shipments Preparing and submitting customs declarations Monitoring shipments and resolving any issues or delays Coordinating transport and liaising with customers, hauliers, shipping lines and overseas agents Maintaining accurate shipment records and documentation Supporting freight forwarding operations and administration Assisting with compliance and audit reporting What We''re Looking For Previous experience in customs, freight forwarding, logistics or shipping Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines Experience with Verso, Descartes, Destin8, CNS or IPAFFS would be an advantage If you have solid customs experience and are looking for your next opportunity, we''d love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
