The successful candidate will manage FCL and LCL shipments from initial booking through to final delivery, taking full responsibility for documentation, customs coordination and customer communication. Key Responsibilities Manage Ocean Import and Export shipments from start to finish. Coordinate FCL and LCL movements. Process bookings and liaise with overseas agents and shipping lines. Prepare and check Bills of Lading and other shipping documentation. Handle Air Waybills where required. Obtain and issue customs-clearance instructions. Arrange collections, container releases and final deliveries. Liaise with customers, hauliers, shipping lines and overseas partners.
