You''ll be quoting, buying, and running your own shipments end-to-end, working directly with clients and our carrier partner network across Europe. If you thrive on same-day quotes, dedicated loads, tight timings, and problem-solving in real time, you''ll fit here.What you''ll do:Handle inbound customer enquiries by phone and email for dedicated, part load, full load, and expedited shipments across the UK and EuropeSource capacity and negotiate rates with our European carrier partner networkQuote, book, and manage shipments end-to-end, including documentation, customs coordination, and status updatesResolve in-transit issues and exceptions as they happen, keeping clients informedManage PODs and post-shipment paperwork, and work alongside our in-house customs team on clearance requirementsKeep the TMS accurate and up to date throughout the shipment lifecycleWhat we''re looking for:1+ years in a European road freight forwarding role.
