They handle multi-modal shipments by road and sea across multiple sectors, and pride themselves on expert customer service and strong, lasting business relationships.Freight Forwarder - The Role:This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced department where you''ll hit the ground running. With 2-5 years of freight forwarding experience at clerk, operator or coordinator level, you''ll bring the know-how to manage shipments confidently, keep customers informed and support the wider team through a busy period.Freight Forwarder - Key Responsibilities:- Process incoming enquiries and bookings accurately, making sure shipments are handled correctly and on time- Coordinate road and sea forwarding shipments from booking through to delivery- Keep customers updated on shipment progress and respond to queries promptly- Liaise with customs staff and apply your knowledge of customs regulations and shipping procedures- Maintain accurate documentation, records and systems- Prioritise a varied workload and support colleagues wherever neededFreight Forwarder - You:- ..... full job details .....
