Coordinating bookings with shipping lines, hauliers, overseas agents and other key stakeholders. Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery. Handling customs clearance processes and ensuring full compliance with regulations. Preparing and processing import documentation including Bills of Lading and customs entries. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Resolving shipment, customs and transport-related issues efficiently.
