This is an excellent opportunity for a freight forwarding professional with experience in international exports who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and customer-focused logistics environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing export shipments from booking through to final delivery, ensuring all movements are completed efficiently, profitably and in full compliance with customs and international shipping regulations. Ocean/Road Export Coordinator ResponsibilitiesCoordinate international Ocean and European Road export shipments from start to finish.Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service to both internal and external customers by providing accurate information and maintaining a professional, proactive approach.Gather and verify all shipment information to ensure export jobs are processed accurately, efficiently and invoiced profitably.Monitor and control export shipments through effective communication with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, hauliers and internal departments.Progress customer orders and provide regular shipment updates throughout the transport process.Prepare and follow up customer quotations, maximising ..... full job details .....
