Develop relationships at all levels within customer organizations beyond the main point of contact. Gain a thorough understanding of customers'' businesses, strategies, and operational requirements. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and follow-up. Maintain and update action item lists weekly. Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts.
