Job Title : Key Account Specialist Location: North - Birmingham Salary : -32,000 - 37,000 + Bonus OTE The Opportunity Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage import shipments from booking through to delivery, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met. Maintain accurate shipment records, customer reports and tracking systems to provide clear visibility of cargo movements. Liaise with customers, suppliers, shipping lines, hauliers, warehouses and internal teams to ensure efficient shipment execution. Process and oversee UK import customs declarations, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and customs requirements.
