UI/UX Designer
to join our Digital Team. You’re someone who loves exploring digital technologies, software, and visual design to bring concepts to life through thoughtful user experiences and beautiful interfaces.In this role, you’ll report to the Creative Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft seamless, user-centred experiences across digital screens and physical installations. You’ll help translate creative ideas into interactive narratives and engaging visual interfaces that enhance our multidisciplinary projects. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, proficiency with design tools, and ideally some familiarity with emerging tech such as 3D rendering, coding, AI tools, or motion design.Key Responsibilities:Design both
UI and UX
for digital, spatial, and interactive projects while aligning with our visual identity.Develop wireframes, user flows, mood boards, and prototypes (primarily in Figma)Create polished presentation decks to communicate design concepts to internal teams and clientsDesign user interfaces across a range of project types (apps, installations, virtual environments)Collaborate with creative, production, and freelance teams to deliver cohesive UI/UX solutions.Support production teams with asset preparation for development and build phasesShare your expertise to shape project plans, timelines, and team knowledge around UI/UX best practices.Present in-progress and completed work to both internal teams and wider studio stakeholders.Qualifications and Skills - Essential4+ years'' experience in a creative studio, agency, or design environmentStrong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for
