Freelance Site Supervisor

I am currently working with a large construction company who are seeking to recruit a freelance site supervisor-for a minimum period of 3-months.-

The project is a -1M commercial refurbishment scheme based in Orpington, Greater London.-

The-Site Supervisors primary responsibility will be to-oversee-the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.-This will also involve-managing resources, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. The site supervisor will report directly to the project manager.-

Requirements;-

• Valid CSCS card / SSSTS / First Aid / Right to Work.-
• Available to start ASAP
• Proven track record in similar site management roles.-

Rate;-
