Freelance Site/ Senior Site Manager

I am currently working with a large construction company who are seeking to recruit a Freelance Site Manager/ Senior Site Manager-for a period of 9-months with a starting date of mid-October.-

The project is a -10M commercial new build within Poole, Dorset.-

The-Site Manager''s primary responsibility will be to-oversee-the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.-This will also involve-managing resources, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. The site manager will be an Number 2 on the project reporting-directly to the project manager.-

Requirements;-

• Valid CSCS card / SMSTS / First Aid / Right to Work.-
• Available to start by mid-October (13.10.2025).
• Proven track record in similar site management roles.-
