As the sole, standalone leader on site, you will drive the project from setup through to handover—ensuring works are delivered safely, strictly on programme, and to exceptional quality standards. Key Responsibilities Site Leadership: Act as the direct point of contact for clients, sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders, managing day-to-day operations independently. Programme & Logistics : Manage site logistics, control sequence of works, and track progress against the master programme to ensure deadlines are met. Health, Safety & Environment: Enforce robust site safety protocols, conduct daily inductions, manage RAMS, and maintain compliance standards.
