Freelance Site Manager - Manchester

Your new companyA growing residential developer is preparing to commence work on a new housing development in Wythenshawe and is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the initial demolition and enabling works phase. Your new role Starting on 17th August, you will take responsibility for managing the demolition works package ahead of the main construction programme. This is a short-term assignment of approximately 2-3 weeks, requiring a proactive Site Manager capable of maintaining high standards of health, safety and site coordination.
