Your new companyOur client, a specialist construction and refurbishment contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee refurbishment works within an educational environment in Salford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality projects across the North West.Your new roleStarting Monday, you will be responsible for supervising refurbishment works to two Food Technology classrooms and associated laboratory facilities at a secondary school in Salford. The initial phase of the project will operate on a late afternoon and evening shift pattern, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently within a live educational setting.Duties will include:Day-to-day site supervision of subcontractorsMonitoring health and safety compliance on siteCoordinating works programmes and ensuring project milestones are achievedManaging site logistics and maintaining site recordsLiaising with project managers, contractors and school representativesReporting progress and resolving any on-site issuesWorking Hours:Initial phase: 4:00pm - 2:00amDuration: 8 weeksWhat you''ll need to succeedPrevious experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Site Manager within refurbishment projectsStrong knowledge of health and safety legislationExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage subcontractors and drive programme deliverySMSTS or SSSTS preferredFirst Aid at Work certification desirableEnhanced DBS Check ..... full job details .....
